Key Terms

The following words and phrases used in these Terms shall have the meanings set out here:

• "Real Money Balance" means actual funds deposited into the account.

Welcome Bonus

dm444 offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own expiry date and conditions, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, same device, or same IP address are not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, dm444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the associated account.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus balance may be cancelled.

Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are completely prohibited on dm444 and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using third-party funds in an account or placing bets on behalf of others.
• Participating in any form of collusion, match fixing, or arranged outcomes.
• Hacking the platform's software, using bots, or running automated systems.
• Harassing other users or posting harmful content on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
